Terms, privacy & billing
Last updated September 26, 2026. Operator: Matthew Huezo, owner of Riggline. Contact: matthewmateo142@hotmail.com.
Release candidate policy draft. These policies require the operator’s final review before public commercial launch.
Using Riggline
Riggline provides workspace software for PC builders and service businesses. Keep your sign-in details secure, provide accurate account information, and use the service only for lawful, authorized business activity. Shops are responsible for the customer information they enter and the permissions they grant to staff.
Do not attempt to access another shop’s information, bypass plan restrictions, upload malicious files, impersonate others or use messages for spam. Abusive accounts may be restricted while an issue is investigated. Contact support to report misuse or dispute an access restriction.
Shops retain ownership of their business records. They authorize Riggline and its infrastructure providers to process those records to operate, secure and support the service. Shop warranties, refunds, repairs and service agreements are between the shop and its customer; they are not universal Riggline policies.
Availability can be affected by maintenance or third-party outages. Riggline does not promise uninterrupted service, guaranteed hardware performance or universal accounting/tax compliance. Keep appropriate business records and use exports as part of your continuity plan. Material policy changes will be communicated through the service or account contact details.
Privacy & security
We store account contact details, password hashes, session records, shop membership and settings, customers, jobs, quotes, payment ledger entries, messages, uploaded photos, hardware identifiers, test results and Digital Passport history. We process these to provide the service, authenticate access, communicate transactional updates and investigate problems.
Shop members access records according to their role and plan. Customer portals require a private order/PIN session and expose only customer-approved fields. Internal costs and private notes are excluded. Uploaded job photos use authorized access routes. We do not store full card numbers or CVCs; Stripe hosts payment entry and billing self-service.
Hosting, database and storage are provided through Higgsfield’s Cloudflare infrastructure. When configured, Stripe processes subscriptions and Resend sends transactional email. These providers receive the information needed for their functions. No marketing subscription is created by a transactional message.
Essential secure cookies keep shop and customer sessions signed in. Local browser storage remembers the selected workspace and appearance only. Operational logs use request references and event categories; passwords, PINs, tokens and message content must not be logged. Private operational routes are not intended for search indexing.
Owners can export business records. Users can export account information and request or perform account deletion. Shop deletion revokes access immediately and offers a 30-day recovery window. After the window, records and stored files are eligible for permanent removal. Historical records in an active shop remain under that business’s control. Backup copies, if configured by the operator, follow their documented retention schedule. We do not promise indefinite retention.
For access, correction, deletion or privacy requests, contact matthewmateo142@hotmail.com. A shop’s customers should also contact the shop that controls their service records. Identity verification may be needed before a request is fulfilled.
Billing & cancellation
Free has no subscription charge. Paid plans use recurring monthly Stripe subscriptions. The price, currency, cadence, applicable taxes and billing total are displayed before checkout. No trial or annual term is offered by this release.
Owners can manage payment methods, invoices, cancellation and supported plan changes in Stripe’s billing portal. The portal displays the effective date and any provider-calculated proration before confirmation. Cancel-at-period-end retains paid access through that period; cancellation does not delete business history.
A failed payment pauses paid capabilities immediately while preserving records. Stripe’s confirmation restores access after payment recovery. Lower plans may limit active jobs, seats or new inventory/messaging actions; retained data becomes available again when appropriate access returns.
Deleting a shop cancels its subscription immediately without automatic proration or refund. For billing mistakes or refund requests, contact support with the invoice reference. Riggline subscription billing is separate from a shop’s customer payments. This release records payments collected outside Riggline; it does not collect or hold shop customer funds.
Contact & policy review
Support is email-based. Do not send passwords, private tracking PINs, payment-card details or secret keys. These policies describe the implemented product and must be reviewed for the operator’s jurisdiction and commercial terms before launch.
